"In March we contacted Happy Trails by phone and we were so impressed we drove down the next weekend. We went to the dealership and then on to the RV Show in Springfield. The whole dealership is First Class. We traded and then went back in a couple of weeks to have the 5th wheel hitch installed. From sales to service to parts they are the MOST customer oriented crew I have ever dealt with. Until Happy Trails, I was getting tired of talking to dealers who knew nothing and didn't care. "I chose this dealership because of Jeff Norton I called late one day after work to see what was available then I told Jeff that I didnt think that I would get there before close. He told me that was ok to come on that he would stay for me. Then after I got there he took care of us and didn't pressure us at all. We spent about 45 mins after hours with him and we never felt like we were a burden to him. Then he did the same thing when we picked up the camper without hesitation he stayed after hours for delivery. THANKS JEFF
I've also had some service work to install a tank monitor and Bob and the service Dept did a great job it looks factory installed. Thanks guys.

"My wife and I decided to buy a new Forest River Flagstaff tavel trailer while wintering in Texas in February of 2009. We returned to our Missouri home in early April and parked the unit until later that summer. When we set it up we noticed that one of the walls had water damage. We called the Flagstaff dealer nearest us and asked them to help us out. We were promptly told that since we hadn't purchased the unit there that they were not going to do the warranty work for us. We then called Happy Trails RV Center for help. They not only said they would help but seemed eager to assist us. Since then we have had further leakage problems but those problems are now behind us. Happy Trails and Forest River have gone way beyond the call of duty to make sure the needed repairs were done under warranty, done right and to see that we were completely satisfied. They even threw in a few extras for our inconvenience. I have never been treated with any more respect in anyone's service department. I will recommend Happy Trails Service Department to everyone. When it comes time to upgrade again, Happy Trails will be our first stop"

Customer service is great and the shop and parts department are always willing to make sure you are taken care of. Good Ole Ed takes care of the maintenance and does it well. "I was recently on I-44 going north for a Deer hunt with my son and a caravan of other camper/deer hunters when I broke a leaf spring on my toy hauler. The broken spring caused a blowout and ruined another tire. Terry and all the folks at Happy Trails went above and beyond the call of duty by locating a spring and having me back on the road very quickly. Being a former Marine dealer in the Branson, Missouri area, I know what it is like to see someone on vacation with a breakdown. I too always tried to get them back in service ASAP. I would recommend Happy Trails to anyone for service and I am sure they offer equally good prices on purchases. Thanks again Happy Trails RV you saved our Deer hunting trip.
